- The show began with CM Punk challenging The Authority’s authority and ending up in a 3-on-1 handicap match against The Shield at TLC.
1. #1 Contender Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Damien Sandow defeated Dolph Ziggler. Big E Langston was at ringside on commentary. Sandow won via pinfall after hitting You’re Welcome.
2. Natalya and The Bella Twins defeated AJ Lee, Tamina Snuka and Summer Rae. Natalya won with a roll-up on AJ. Because of this, Natalya will face AJ for the Divas Championship at the TLC pay-per-view.
- Wade Barrett gets reintroduced as “Bad News Barrett,” a guy who stands behind a lectern and says insulting things.
3. Daniel Bryan defeated Erick Rowan. Bryan won with a roll-up after a long match. After the match, Bryan ran into Kane backstage and was put into a 3-on-1 handicap match against the Wyatt Family at TLC.
4. Xavier Woods and R-Truth defeated Tons of Funk. Woods pinned Brodus Clay with a roll-up. Three roll-up finishes in a row. After the match, Clay was visibly angry at his own partner.
5. Sin Cara defeated Alberto Del Rio. Sin Cara is once again being played by Hunico. Hunicara won clean with a swanton bomb.
6. The Shield defeated Cody Rhodes, Goldust and The Big Show. Goldust superplexed Dean Ambrose, but was quickly rolled up by Seth Rollins for three.
7. Ryback and Curtis Axel defeated Kofi Kingston and The Miz. Ryback pinned Kingston after Shell Shocked. After the match, Miz slapped Kofi in the face. This was played off as both men having “big personalities.”
8. Mark Henry defeated Fandango. Henry won by pinfall with the World’s Strongest Slam.
9. The Real Americans defeated The Prime Time Players. Antonio Cesaro countered a Darren Young dive off the ropes into a European uppercut to get the win for the Real Americans.
John Cena and Randy Orton had a contract signing for their now-title-unification match at TLC. It ended in a fight.
